use a combination of courier deliveries from Royal Mail, Collect+ (sent
through the Yodel network) or APC, depending on the weight or size of
the item. We aim to dispatch items within 1 working day.

For small items weighing under
1kg we use Royal Mail first class. Typically these items take 2-3 days on the Signed for
service. These items can

For items weighing between 1kg to
5kg with use the Collect+ Service. This is a 2-4 day courier service through the
Yodel network. These items can be tracked at: https://www.collectplus.co.uk.

For items weighing over 5kg or
costing more than £35 we use APC overnight 1-2 day service . These items are sent
through the APC network. Items sent through this service can be tracked at:

circumstances
